Yucky. And the reason I'm against most, if not all, Google acquisitions. They promised to help Motorola but instead vultured it.
I hope Nest is different.
Now Motorola, once an American company (except hardware manufacturing), is soon to be owned by a Chinese company and has been split and sold to so many it is unrecognizable.
